So I begin my next class, one that I can grab by the horns and actually make work. I can’t wait to be done with my program. Once I’m done, I think I’ll take the Call Center Management Certification program before jumping into my Bachelors of Psychology program that I have decided I am going to move to. There is one thing that is annoying and that is trying to learn a subject that is practical knowledge, that is requires hands on education when learning theory and concept in the classroom. With psychology, it is really all theory and concept, in short, it is all in the head ;) . I am definately just going to get away from the entire IT field as far as formal education in at least a University level. I might go ahead and get my A+ Certification again, or, my Desktop+ Certification to make myself a little more useful, but all-in-all doing an IT degree seems pointless to me now that I am really in it. Don’t misunderstand me though, it is a great education and I am learning a lot. It is just not me. It doesn’t fit me and what I want to do. Then again, that would really require the University to start offering Social Studies Education courses or a Journalism Program!

I hate to admit it, but over the last several weeks my diet has sucked, big time. I know I am not eating right. I need to stop, now. I know it is an excuse, but with school and work and the stresses from both, its hard to do anything. Hell, I’ve just been so exhausted lately all I want to do is sleep.

Yet, I just have to remember, look at the horizon! There is always the chance there is something better just over the horizon, and, if you quit, you don’t get to find out. Taking into account I’m one who loves a good story, this is one book I can’t put down.

Shalom my friends!

On Monday I begin attempt number two at battling my academic nemesis: Algebra. I’m not looking forward to it to say the least. Never have, but once it is over I should be rid of this stuff for good.

It’s 10  in the morning and I’m still up, but then again I didn’t get up yesterday until 10 PM due to a “NyQuil induced coma” of sorts. I’ve been dealing with the begging stages of a cold now for days, and took NyQuil yesterday at 6 AM when, after struggling to try to get to sleep, I threw in the towel. 16 hours of sleep is okay, I guess, but not exactly what I had in mind. Good thing I normally have Thursday and Friday off :) .

Well, I’m out. Later.
